The Tortle Air!

Tortle Air is a lightweight beanie with a single support roll for safe head re-positioning. It has a Velcro front opening to minimize patient handling and help reduce stress and elastic side tabs to ensure a proper fit. The Tortle Air is used for feeder/growers in the NICU from 1.5 Kg up to 9 Kg. It is an effective tool to ensure proper head repositioning which helps prevent cranial asymmetry. It can also be used to apply a passive stretch to neck muscles and help treat head preference issues while supporting the AAP's back to sleep guidelines.
